HP PA12 (Nylon)
HP PA12 Nylon offers exceptional durability and strength, making it ideal for both functional prototyping and end-use parts that require significant flexibility and impact resistance.
Material Info
HP PA12 is a strong plastic material well-suited for functional prototyping and low-volume production applications. It produces an exceptionally smooth surface straight out of the printer, hence functional parts and complex thin structures, only need minimal post-production finishing. That means short lead times, ideal for functional prototypes and small series of end parts. Certified by UL according to the UL94 standard for the safety of flammability of plastic materials for parts in devices and appliances testing for the safety of flammability of plastic materials for parts in devices and appliances testing and the UL 746A standard for polymeric materials to measure short term property evaluation.
