3D printed Giant Turtles, displayed at Jumeirah Al Naseem to promote the Turtles Rehabilitation Project. Designed by renowned artist Mr. Idriss B, known for his iconic polygon art installations across the UAE, these sculptures were inaugurated by Project Ambassador Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan bin Khalid Al Qasimi.

The turtles are part of a multi sensory experience called Turtle Tea by Idriss B, designed to draw attention to the conservation of these magnificent creatures. Guests are greeted by one of nine new members of Idriss B’s eminent Art Collection, displayed in the hotel lobby.

Crafted from Filamentive recycled and eco friendly materials, these polygonal turtle sculptures were produced using FDM and SLA 3d printing technology. This project not only showcases the technical expertise of Proto21 but also our commitment to sustainability and environmental awareness.
